3x7 Halos per side

 

3x5 Single Leg Deadlifts per side
3x8 Single Arm Rows per side
3x10 Push Press

 

3x6-8 Underneath  Lunges per side
3x5 Squats with Curls
3x7 Bench Dips

 

3x20sec Russian Twist
3x5 Pullover Sit Ups
