2x30 sec Swings
2x10 Around the World per side

 

4x5 Back Lunges with rotation

 

3x5 Clean/Squat/Press per side
3x10 Jump Squats

 

2x20 sec  Planks per side
2x20 sec Pullover Crunches
2x30 sec Bicycles
