Breaking Muscle Shop

3x20 sec Jumping Jacks
3x20 sec Elbow Hands Planks

 

3x3 Turkish Get Ups per side
3x10 High Pulls per side

 

3x5 Rack Squats per side
3x8 Single Arm Rows per side
3x10 Clean per side

 

3x20 sec V-ups
3x20 sec Side Crunches per side
