Breaking Muscle Shop

2x30sec Swings
2x30sec Bodyweight bear crawls

 

3x8 Underneath lunges per side
3x10 Biceps curls
3x10 Triceps extension

 

3x8 High pulls per side
3x10 Burpees
3x12 Jump squats

 

3x15 Sit ups
3x20sec Side crunches per side
