3x20 sec Hand to Hand Swings
3x30 sec Bodyweight Bear Crawls

 

3x8 Tactical Lunges per side
3x8 High Pulls per side

 

3x5 Burpees
3x10 Push Press
3x15 Sit Ups
3x20 sec Side Crunches per side
