Kettlebell Workout - Week 7, Day 1

2x5 Bodyweight Turkish Get Ups
2x20 Swings

 

3x6 Double Squats
3x6 Double High Pulls

Breaking Muscle Shop

3x8 Good Morning Stretch

3x5 Military Press (per side)

3x30 sec Sitting Hot Potato
3x20 sec Hip Hops (With hands under the tail bone lifting the hips up and down)
