8-6-4-2 Rack squats with 2 kettlebells
8-6-4-2 Pull-ups

 

3x5 Back lunges with rotation per side

 

3x10 Jump lunges R/L
3x15 Push ups
3x10 Burpees

 

3x20sec Russian twist
