Kettlebell Workout - Week 4, Day 2

 

Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

Breaking Muscle Shop

3x15 air squats
3x10 diamond kettlebell push ups
3x5 lunges per side (bodyweight)

 

4x8 double kettlebell deadlifts
4x8 triceps extensions
4x8 double kettlebell clean

 

4x5 pullover sit ups
4x20 seconds Russian twist
