Women's Workout: Cycle 10, Week 12, Day 1
These workouts are designed by Breaking Muscle founder Mindith Rahmat. Mindith is an RYT 500 Certified Yoga Therapist, certified CrossFit coach, and long time fitness enthusiast with extensive experience in Russian kettlebells and bodyweight exercise.
This cycle of the Women’s workout will focus on lower body strength and conditioning using bodyweight movements, barbell training, and kettlebell drills.
Week 12, Day 1
3x20 Bodyweight Glute Bridge
3x5+ Pull Ups
3x20 Bodyweight Box Squats
3x8 Kettlebell Row
3x10 Strict Unbroken Pushup
3x20 Seconds RKC Plank **with knees to elbows
1 Minute Each
Wall Splits to Each Side
Forward Bend 30 Seconds
Lunge to Hamstring Stretch on Each Leg
