In this video, Ben demonstrates two bodyweight exercises variations using a wall, in which you hold yourself against the wall in a plank and move along it sideways. This is a fantastic whole body movement, and a fun progression from the basic static plank.


First of all, perform this exericse facing down. Then try the second variation, facing up. Which one did you find harder?
