The double under is one of the most frustrating movements in CrossFit. It requires a level of coordination, balance, and timing, and until you have all the elements together you spend a lot of time whipping yourself in the shins (and possibly the legs...and head).


In this video we go over the common mistakes in double unders, tips for getting better at them, and strategies for learning to string more and more of them together. It's all about rhythm, timing, and relaxation (really).
