This is week three of a five-week, raw rotation. We are doing speed squats, using the banded buffalo bar. We have upped our reps since we are raw, going for sets of 5 reps instead of sets of 2 or 3 reps. We are also using half the usual band tension, for 5 sets in total.


This will prep us for our workout in four days time, where we will go heavy, use a couple of bands, and do 5 sets of 2 reps. If we are feeling frisky, we might even hit a single! Watch us as we hit these sets of 5, and then see how we get on when it comes to max effort day four days later.
