Kettlebell Workout - Day 1
Joint mobility
2x20sec Supermans
2x20sec Bridges
3x10 Push Press
3x20sec Planks, elbows to the knees
2x10 Lunges in the Rack, per side
2x10 Squats and Curls, followed by Triceps Extension
2x10 Jump Squats
3x20sec Pullover Crunches
