Kettlebell Workout - Day 1



Joint mobility/Primal Move



4x30 seconds Side Planks

4x30 seconds of Air Squats

Alternate between the movements



3x20 Swings
3x3 Turkish Get Up per side

4x5 Clean/Squat/Press per side
