Kettlebell Workout - Day 2



Joint mobility/Primal Move


2x30 sec Swings
2x20 Bodyweight Squats
2x10 Cross Body Push Ups


4x5 Back Lunges with rotation


3x5 Clean/Squat/Press per side
3x10 Jump Squats


3x30 sec Pullover Crunches
3x30 sec Bicycles
