3 Hang Power Cleans + 5 Front Squats

5 sets at 65% of your 1 Rep Max

 

2.

Deadlifts

1 min rest between sets:

5 reps at 70%

1 rep at 80%

5 reps at 70%

1 rep at 80%

5 reps at 70%

1 rep at 80%

5 reps at 70%

1 rep at 80%
