Using a variety of modalities can help you achieve better flexibility. In this video series, I am going off the assumption that you have been stretching and working on your flexibility, but aren't quite where you'd like to be with your splits.
Each approach I demonstrate should take you twenty seconds to two minutes depending on how tight you are and on how quickly you would like to progress. And don't forget to breathe as you stretch and go through these movements.
Note: When you have a big butt (we've all heard of kettlebooty, right?), it does make you look like you are not square when you do your splits, but as long as you ensure your positioning, whatever is left over in the back will just have to go with the flow.
