Bodyweight Workout: Cycle 6, Week 4, Day 1
These workouts are designed by Breaking Muscle founder Mindith Rahmat. Mindith is an RYT 500 Certified Yoga Therapist, certified CrossFit coach, and long time fitness enthusiast with extensive experience in Russian kettlebells and bodyweight exercise.
The sixth cycle of bodyweight workouts will focus on developing core stability and functional strength using the addition of suspension training (TRX), parallettes and a 20/24 inch box.
Week 4, Day 1
A1: TRX Single-Leg Suspended Lunges x15 on each leg
A2: Close Grip Push-Ups x10+ - Try for unbroken sets
A3: Squat Jumps x15
A4: TRX Inverted Rows w/ Hip Extension 15
Rest 1 minute or more between sets
B1 Wall Squat (45 seconds)
B2 Pull Ups (30 seconds) *TRX or Pull up bar
