Bodyweight Workout: Cycle 6, Week 8, Day 2
These workouts are designed by Breaking Muscle founder Mindith Rahmat. Mindith is an RYT 500 Certified Yoga Therapist, certified CrossFit coach, and long time fitness enthusiast with extensive experience in Russian kettlebells and bodyweight exercise.
The sixth cycle of bodyweight workouts will focus on developing core stability and functional strength using the addition of suspension training (TRX), parallettes and a 20/24 inch box.
Week 8, Day 2
A1: Step Ups or Box Jumps x20
A2: Wide Grip Push Ups x20
A: Prisoner Squats x20
A4: V Ups x10
A: 5 Superman x20
