Breaking Muscle Video – Dummy Up

Coach Traver shows up the "dummy up." Taken from Jiu-Jitsu and MMA, this drill is a great calisthenic exercise to spice up your warm-up or exercise routine.

The dummy up is an exercise adapted from MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. While having a dummy is great, you don't need one to do this exercise. It's a good exercise for anyone to change up your warm-up or exercise routine, but if you are a surfer or martial artist, this has very real and applicable use.
