Breaking Muscle Video – Weaving Willow’s Healthy Triad

Being only still, or being only active isn't the healthiest path. What works best is a triad of meditation, exercise, and yoga. Stillness, movement, and the weaving of the two.

Today I want to share my thoughts on weaving meditation, yoga, running, and athleticism together and how they are important to each other. There are three pieces to this healthy triad – the mind in meditation, exercising to flush our bodies, and then putting the stillness and movement together through yoga. Some people try to focus on just one, but either element alone, or just the two blended together does not equal a whole.
