Rebecca Caroe is a masters rower and coach at Faster Masters Rowing. She’s an entrepreneur, having started three rowing businesses and sold one.

Partnering with Marlene Royle, she hosts the weekly Faster Masters Rowing Radio podcast.

As an athlete, she has medaled at World Rowing masters events, Head of the Charles, Australian, New Zealand, and Great Britain masters rowing championships. She loves introducing adults to the sport of rowing.
