Welcome to our new series featuring calisthenics expert Al Kavaldo. This week, Al demonstrates the one-arm push up. There are a lot of different ways to train for the one-arm push up. Here are five of Al's favorites.

 

  • Incline one-arm push up
  • Self assisted one-arm push up
  • L7 push up
  • Negative one-arm push up
  • Pistol position one-arm push up

 

 

Once you can perform all of those variations, you should be well on the way to a one-arm push up. Let us know when you get yours!
