I started the week off with a case of the 24-hour flu, but was back to training the next day. I lost a lot of weight, but by the end of the week my strength was definitely coming back.

This was my first time doing the kettlebell snatch. Technique has something to be desired and I need to learn pacing. However I really liked how they felt and how much they opened up my shoulders.
