Creatine is a peptide (a short string of amino acids) that every human produces on their own. This molecule is part of our body’s energy systems: it combines with a molecule of phosphate to form creatine phosphate, which can be broken back apart to regenerate ATP – the “energy currency” of the body.
Gnarly Nutrition uses Creapure® as the sole ingredient in Gnarly Creatine. Creapure® is the highest quality and most widely studied form of creatine. Creapure® is vegan, IFS FOOD certified and both Kosher and Halal certified.
Mix 1 scoop daily with 8 oz. of your favorite Gnarly product or other beverage. Take 30 minutes before exercise, or immediately following exercise with a recovery protein such as Gnarly Whey or Vegan. On rest days, take 1 serving with a meal.

I started slow taking this once a day. I recently started taking it 2x- day and have really seen/felt the difference in my overall mood, no cravings or unnecessary snacking and my body feels good. I’m really happy with it.
So far so good. Like taking it with the Gnarly BCAA.
I have been using creatine for years and this is by far the best in my opinion since there has been a measurable difference in performance.
I like the neutral taste and add it to the protein powder. might be too early to tell effects as it's been about 4 weeks
Researched creatine and at least a dozen different brands/products in great detail before buying gnarly. Love the product and the fact that it is made with Creapure and NSF certified really sets it apart and gives me confidence in the product. Will continue to buy.
