Joint mobility/Primal Move


2x5 Bottom Get Up per side, no kettlebell


3x8 Push Ups
3x8 per side Underneath Lunges
3x10 Swings


3x6 Single Arm Row
3x5 Rack Squats per side
3x10 Swings


3x20 Side Crunches
3x20 sec Planks
