Kettlebell Workout - Day 2


Joint mobility/Primal Move


2x30 sec  Swings
2x30 sec Elbow Hands Planks


4x5 Heartbeat Squats (Total of 4 squats and 5 'heartbeats' every time you squat)


3x3 Back Lunges with rotation


3x5 Thrusters per side
3x20 Swings


2x20 sec Planks per side
2x20 sec Pullover Crunches
2x30 sec V-ups
