2x20 One Hand Swings
2x10 Push Ups


4x5 Squats and Curls
4x10 Triceps Extensions


3x5 Military Press per side
3x8 Stationary Lunges per side
3x10 Clean per side


3x3 Windmills per side


3x30 sec Hot Potato
