Kettlebell Workout - Week 10, Day 1

 

Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

4x10 One hand swings
4x10 Push ups

 

7x7 Double kettlebell deadlift
7x4 See saw press

 

3x6 Single arm rows
3x8 Stationary lunges per side
3x6  Double cleans

 

3x30 sec Elbow hands planks
