Kettlebell Workout - Week 7, Day 1

 

Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

3x30 sec hand to hand swings
3x2 bodyweight Turkish get ups

 

3x3 Turkish get ups
3x8  goblet squats
3x5 cleans per side

 

5x20 sec hot potato
