Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

8x20 sec jumping rope
8x10 sec rest

 

4x8 good morning
4x6 bridge press (2 kettlebells)
4x4 pullover sit ups

 

5x5 snatches per side

 

4x20 sec side crunches per side
