Kettlebell Workout - Week 9, Day 2

 

Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

3x20 Bodyweight squats
3x15 Push ups

 

3x3-2x2-1x1 Windmills L/R

 

5x5-3x3 Goblet squats
5x5-3x3 Double high pulls

 

4x4 Double kettlebell push press
4x8 Pullover crunches
4x12 Jump lunges per side

 

3x20 sec V-ups with a light kettlebell
