Athlete Journal, Entry 69 -My Views on Ab Training
I was fighting a cold all week so training was up and down and I couldn’t get the volume in due to fatigue.
Warmup (Goblet squats, Bulgarian split squats, glute prep work)
Safety Squat Bar Pause Squats w/5 second pause at bottom
1 Leg press – Wide on adductor
I'm still playing around with some heavier rep work with the hook grip to see how that affects grip.
Band Resisted Romanians
Deadlifted a bunch of trailer hitches and heavy equipment for many hours, beating the piss out of my back moving stuff from one shop to another at home.
