Week 2, Day 3


Dive Bomber Pushups: 1x12 

One-legged Box Squat: 1x6 each side 

One-arm Kettlebell Windmill: 1x5 each side 

Pull-ups: 1x7 (2 second hold at the top of each rep) 

Hand to hand Kettlebell Swing: 1x15 each side


30 second breaks in between each exercise and one-minute breaks at the end of each round.
