Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

2x20sec High Bridges
2x20sec Supermans

 

3x25 Swings
3x10 Push Ups
3x15 Bodyweight Squats

 

2x2 Turkish Get Up per side
2x10  One Arm Swings

 

3x6 Stabilize Plank Single Arm Row per side
3x8 Good Morning Stretch
3x10 Push Press
3x6 Burpees

 

3x30sec Pullover Crunches
3x20 sec Knee Cross Crunches
