Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

2x6 Frog Squats
2x6 Cross Body Push Ups

 

3x5 Overhead Squats per side
3x5 Renegade Row per side
3x10 Swings

 

3x6 Bridge Press
3x6 Kickstand Lunges
3x6 Snatches per side

 

3x25 sec Bicycle Crunches
3x20 Sitting Hot Potato
