Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

3x20 sec Jumping Jacks
3x20 sec Bodyweight Squats
3x20 sec Push Ups

 

4x8 Kickstand Lunges with 2 kettlebells
4x6 Seesaw Press with 2 kettlebells
4x7 Burpees

 

3x5 Goblet Squats
3x5 Burpees

 

3x20 sec Pullover Crunches
3x20 Russian Twist
