Kettlebell Workout - Day 1

 

3x20 Step up
3x10 Push ups
3x5 Pull ups

 

4x5 Squats and curls
4x10 Bench dips

 

3x6  Military press per side
3x8 Stationary lunges per side
3x10 Double cleans

 

3x3 Windmills per side

 

3x30 sec Up chucks
