Kettlebell Workout - Day 1

 

Joint mobility/Primal Move

 

5x20 sec Swings
5x10 sec Rest

 

4x4 Double Kettlebell (KTB) Squats
4x4 Double KTB Press

 

3x10 Push Ups
3x15 Jump Lunges no KTB
3x20 Burpees

 

3x20 sec Russian Twist
