Week two of phase two was a success. The chubby guy in the mirror is fading away, I’m starting to see abs again, and although my nutrition isn't quite perfect, I'm getting there.

This was the final loading week of my first phase of training. When it was all said and done, I felt positive about my progress. I'm looking forward to seeing what the future weeks hold.
Some weeks you just have to make the training brief, and this was one of those times. It was a light week due to work and travel, but I'll be back full swing next week.
