Matthew Ibrahim is a strength coach, movement teacher, speaker, author, and student, currently pursuing his LMT from the Cortiva Institute and MS in Rehabilitation Science from the California University of Pennsylvania.

After having spent nearly a decade experiencing sports-performance coaching for athletes and outpatient physical therapy rehabilitation for patients first-hand, Matthew has taken on the role of Hybrid Strength & Conditioning Coach and Injury-Prevention Specialist at the Boston Physical Therapy & Wellness outpatient clinic/training center in Medford, Massachusetts. He also consults with various local high schools in the Greater Boston area.

From high-performance professional athletes in the NFL, NHL, and NBA, to the general population looking to move and feel better, to high school and collegiate athletes in NCAA Division I, II and III sports, Matthew has worked with a wide range of people over the past decade, all with a singleness of purpose - to achieve higher levels of strength and performance, while decreasing the rate of injury.

Matthew is the creator of Mobility-101, an educational platform that serves as a relentless pursuit to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance, ultimately building stronger, more efficient overall human movement.
