Prior to a national weightlifting competition, I took a non-traditional approach to my training. What follows is an outline of the program I created.
One thing I’ve fought with the implementation the MEBB template was the overachieving, what-else-can-I-do personality. So, I added speed and volume tiers.
While I’ve had success helping aspiring athletes, I derive the greatest pleasure from helping the family man or woman.
Years ago, i began implementing dedicated strength training along with the CrossFit template design. As a result, I noticed that my clients’ loading moved closer to what was prescribed.
