In this video, Ben demonstrates three exercises you can use with senior clients to work on balance and stability. They progress from easier to harder, and all involve adding a stepping movement to rotational motions.


The exercises are:



  • Beginner: Half-lunge with arm rotation.
  • Intermediate: Virtual shoveling, virtual basketball, or virtual football.
  • Advanced: Walk with diagonal arm movement.
