  • Bench pistol
  • Assisted (pole) pistol
  • Elevated pistol
  • Counterweighted pistol
  • Full pistol squat

 

Once you have mastered the full pistol squat on both legs, try these variations:

 

  • Hands-behind-back pistol
  • Plyometric pistol
