In this video I'm going to show you one of the ways I build my grip strength. I call this the double overhand blob lift. You grip the bar with both your hands in the overhand grip, and you use a fat bar. And I won't lie - these are a bitch. Do 3 sets of 6. Oh yeah, and check out how much weight the grip strength champion of the world uses when he does these.
