In this video, we're going to look at four drills to improve the timing of your roundhouse kick. These are great drills to do when it's just you alone with the heavy bag. We want the bag to be rocking back and forth for all of these drills, to simulate the advance of an opponent. Aim to kick the bag each time it rocks back to center.
