Welcome to season two of Virtuosity, featuring gymnastics expert Coach Dusty Hyland. Virtuosity, in gymnastics, means going above and beyond - exceptional movement, performance, and position.

 

This week we work on a new drill called the wall pull. This drill will allow you to work on perfecting your form in a free-standing handstand and begin to walk out across the floor, but still have the wall close by to start over and reset your form when needed. We will also discuss why you absolutely need to practice both "sides" of your handstand.

 

 

All in all we will cover three drills in this video:

  3. Partnered Wall Walk
