2x10 Around the World per side
2x7 Halos per side


Breaking Muscle Shop

4x6 Rack Squats per side
4x4 Sitting Military Press
4x20 sec Burpees


3x5 Back Lunges with rotation per side
3x20 sec Swings


4x5  Pullover Sit Ups
