Kettlebell Workout - Day 1


Joint mobility/Primal Move


2x20 One Hand Swings
2x10 Push Ups


5x3 Heartbeat Squats


3x5  Military Press per side
3x20 sec Hip Bridges w/kettebell on the belly
3x5  Stationary Lunges per side
3x10 Clean per side


4x25 sec Russian Twist
4x25 sec Hip Hop
