3x6 Double Lunges (per side)
3x6 Double High Pulls


3x8 Good Morning stretch
3x5 Military Press (per side)


3x30 sec Sitting Hot Potato
3x20 sec Hip Hops (With hands under the tailbone, lift your hips up and down)
